OK, here's Reason Number Ten to sign-up with Netflix ...
In addition to extensive plot summaries and technical details about each DVD, Netflix also offers video previews for many of the titles that are available for rent. These are very often the same trailers that you see in the theatre. Here, they've been optimized for both dial-up and high-speed connections. Just click on the links on the Netflix site to view (requires Windows Media Player, which is a free download, if you don't already have it installed).

In addition to communicating with you regularly about the shipping status of your rentals, Netflix distributes several informative e-mail newsletters. These will offer personal recommendations for DVD rentals, as well as movies currently in theatres. Reviews not only give you the opportunity to express yourself and contribute to the Netflix community, but reading a wide variety of reviews written by other Netflix members will help you decide what movies you'll probably like - and which ones to avoid. Customer reviews are especially helpful when renting lesser known and independent films you may never have heard of.
